At WRISTBuddy®️, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. The information below will guide you through a simple and straightforward return experience.
Eligible Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in new, unused, clean and undamaged condition.
- Items must have been purchased directly from WristBuddyYogaBlocks.com.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Products that appear used, dirty, altered, or damaged.
- Products purchased from third-parties. Return these products to the third-party seller from which you purchased the product.
- Returns received outside of 30 days from the original date of purchase.
Return Process
Initiate a return by emailing our customer service team at Hello@WristBuddyYogaBlocks.com. Include your name, order number, reason for the return, and 3-5 clear photos showing all sides of the product. Once the photos are reviewed and approved, you will receive a traceable shipping label.
- Shipping the Return: Pack the product in a padded and appropriate-sized box. Include your name, email address, and order number inside the box.
- Affix the label to the outside of the box. The customer is responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Processing: Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive and inspect the product.
Refunds
- After product inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7-10 days to the payment method used at checkout. Products not approved for refund will be returned to the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the item is damaged upon receipt or the wrong item was received.
