This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period from the date of original purchase, under normal use and service.
Warranty Coverage
- Duration: Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of original purchase.
- Eligibility: This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty period.
- Scope: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use. It includes functionality issues due to manufacturer’s defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, or natural wear and tear.
Exclusions
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Making a Warranty Claim

- Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim to determine if the issue is covered under our warranty policy.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost to you. In cases where a repair or direct replacement is not possible, we may offer a comparable product or issue a refund at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the product back for a warranty claim.
- WRISTBuddy®️ will cover the shipping costs of sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
WRISTBuddy®️‘s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product.
