Eligible Returns
1. Products must be returned within 20 days of the original purchase date.
2. Products must be new, unopened, and undamaged.
3. Products must have been purchased directly from our website - www.WristBuddyYogaBlocks.com.
Non-Eligible Returns
1. Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged.
2. Products purchased from third parties. (Please return these to the original seller from whom the product was purchased.)
3. Returns received outside of 20 days from the original date of purchase.
Return Process
Email our customer service team at Hello@WristBuddyYogaBlocks.com your name, order number, reason for the return, and 3–5 clear photos showing all sides of the product with its packaging intact. Once the photos are reviewed and the return is approved, you will receive a trackable shipping label.- Ship: Pack the product in a padded, appropriately-sized box. Include your name, email address, and order number inside the box. Affix the provided label to the outside of the box. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and lost or damaged packages.
- Processing: Please allow 7–10 business days for us to receive and inspect the product.
- Refund: Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are not refunded.
